This emissions test system provides the features of a raw-gas emissions bench at a fraction of the cost of full scale, certified equipment, and is packaged in a portable enclosure for mobility to move between different test cells with ease. Utilizes Andros 6500® 5-Gas Analyzer
The ANDROS 6500 analyzer is used extensively in emissions-checking stations. It is usually packaged as a hand-held, non-continuous sampling system.
The XM2000 exhaust gas analyzer wraps a robust, continuous sampling, conditioning and calibration system around an ANDROS 6500 5-gas analyzer. The analyzer is highly repeatable, utilizing NDIR and Electro-Chem sampling methods, making it an excellent diagnostic tool when packaged and integrated in a solid system.
A heated pre-filter and heated hose with temperature controls are offered as an option for sample gas conditioning.
Touch-screen Interface
The XM2000 includes a touch-screen interface for manual operation, calibration and operator data viewing, and offers a computer port for communications and data acquisition that can be connected to DyneSystems' Cell Assistant for Windows data acquisition software.
